So in my last blog post, I talked about the importance of the right kind of people and I said I would discuss how anxiety can affect friendships in my next post so here it is.. Oh, and if you want to check out my last post you can do so HERE.

Let's face it anxiety can pounce on us at any given time without a particular reason and this makes it so so hard to explain to others, even your closest friends. It can make you feel like you can't communicate to others so you end up closing up and pushing yourself away from others. To my friends, I feel like an apology is in order and the following is a list of things I'm sorry for and I can't explain why anxiety makes me do these things...

- I'm sorry for not always texting back
- I'm sorry for answering your calls
- I'm sorry for cancelling our plans
- I'm sorry if it seemed like I didn't care
- I'm sorry for seeming distant
- I'm sorry if it seemed like I didn't want to talk to you

Of course, you shouldn't feel the need to apologise for being you but when you feel like you're not being the best friend you can be and you can't explain why, well then, of course, the guilt seeps in. So I guess what I want to improve on from this point on is just simply admitting that I'm feeling anxious rather than coming up with some excuse and again like I mentioned in my last post I want to say a massive thank you to the right kind of people in my life, I'm blessed to have you.

Legs out season is finally approaching again and while we may only get the chance to wear our legs out maybe once a month for the next few months (gotta love Irish weather!) it's always good to have something in the wardrobe for when that glorious day comes. A t-shirt dress is the perfect little number for a sunny casual day look and of course, they can be worn with jeans/tights also.

Now can we take a moment for these sandals... I'm actually obsessed, I saw them on the website and was like wow they're fab but when they arrived I fell in love! I think it may be the fact that I'm just a basic white girl and the rose gold detail got me but omg I cannot wait to wear these loads over the next few months. They will literally go with nearly everything and are perfect for daytime and nighttime looks so, to be honest, I can see these poor shoes being over worn and wrecked, but for now, I'll certainly enjoy them! :)
